Urban Studio is ideally suited for that chic, contemporary wedding. Whether you choose to have your wedding ceremony and reception at Urban Studio or just your reception, we aim to meet your needs.

All RENTAL RATES INCLUDE:

  • Exclusive use of Urban Studio
  • Event host to assist throughout the event
  • Use of 4 couches and cocktail tables
  • Use of 6 tall bistro tables and 18 stools
  • Cake table, gift table and guest book table
  • Setup of any rented tables and chairs
  • Use of IPod connection
  • Use of wireless internet

SUNDAY through FRIDAY RENTAL RATES*

    Any 8 hours… $800 | Any 12 hours…$1200 | add’l hrs. …$150 per hr.
    50% off Urban Studio rental with $3500 food/beverage purchase

SATURDAY EARLY RENTAL RATE*

    Any 8 hours prior to 2:00 pm… $800* | add’l hrs… $150 per hr.
    plus a $2500 minimum food/beverage purchase

SATURDAY EVENING RENTAL RATE*

    Any 8 hours after 4:00 pm… $1200* | add’l hrs…. $200 per hr.
    plus a $5000 minimum food/beverage purchase

SATURDAY FULL DAY RENTAL RATE*

    Any 12 hours … $1800* | add’l hrs…. $200 per hr.
    plus a $5000 minimum food/beverage purchase

WEDDING CEREMONY**… $125 additional

    Includes setup of chairs for your ceremony and room conversion for your reception. You also receive 1 hour of wedding rehearsal time:**

*$150 cleaning fee applies.
**Wedding rehearsals are scheduled no earlier than 3 weeks prior to the wedding date and are based upon availability.
