Everyone LOVED everything. Your staff was FANTASTIC. They took the actors in stride and were friendly and so professional. Even the rice / noodle substitution worked out great, everyone loved everything! No one could stop talking about the pork. I admit, I think Dan and I got about a half a plate of the main course (there was PLENTY of food, just no opportunity to really eat it and savor it) but what we DID get to eat was fabulous. I have said it over and over again, but Carla was the best. She sold me more than just food for this party, she sold me confidence that I was putting the key element of the party into safe hands. And you certainly delivered well on what you sold. I think even James at the Tumwater room was very impressed. So… I will post a rave WHEREVER you would like it posted. Let me know where you want me to send my glowing comments and I am happy to do so. I am so glad you were part of our party!

Everything has been great, everyone has rave reviews about the food – please pass that on to the chef. Also, we are going to want those chicken ravioli at the GM 2 day in December. Make sure Barbara gets those! I have to comment that people have stated that the food has been better even than Blackstone – and we love Blackstone.
